Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Waalk. If you are not happy with your product, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- For Approved returns, we will deliver the replacement product within 5-7 business days
